After placing your order on our parcel service ESTAFETA the date you will receive your shipment will be of 2-5 days afterFREE SHIPPING: minimum purchase $ 500.00 MXN pesos  Transaction currency: Mexican Peso IMPORTANTBy the time the sale of our product is only throughout Mexico.Buckhouse, always looks that the user is completely satisfied with every purchased product on our website or in our stores If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept the return of the product, meeting the conditions listed below: 

  •          Refunds will only  be made in case of error of the company Buckhouse, such as: size, color or product defects.

 

  •          All products must be in perfect condition (original package, unused,unscratched, and with all accessories).

 

  •          No returns or exchanges without the original purchase receipt are accepted. (RECEIPT MUST BE INSIDE THE BOX)

 

  •          Our products have 30 days to exchanges and returns. Without prejudice to the above Buckhouse accepts returns of their products within 30 days from the date on which the user made the purchase only if they have manufacturing defects or hidden defects.The change can be for the same model, or a different model of equal or greater than the initial price, paying the corresponding difference.

 

  •          In sales and promotions exchanges or returns do not apply.

 

  •          If you prefer to go to our boutiques, you should know that you can only make product changes but no refunds.

 

  •           For purchases made for months without interest returns or exchanges not are accepted.

 

  •          In boutiques  exchanges or refunds for merchandise discount will not be made under any circumstances

 

  •          Once the 30 days warranty expires, change and returns will be unable to realize.

  1.      Enter your order number and the reason that want to exchange or return.

  

  1.      Have at hand shoe model and size for which you want to make the change.

 

  1.      Such items must be in perfect condition, without any use in its original packaging and including the receipt. If the exchange or return is manufacturing defect, we will require photographs to evaluate the product.

  

  1.      Once we authorize the exchange or return, you will receive a confirmation email that your application has been processed, you will be given the address of our warehouse, where you have to send us the product you want to exchange or return. Please return the purchased item in the original box in which it was delivered.

 

  1.      The package must be labeled with the order number and reason for return or exchange (Size Exchange / Return / Manufacturing Defect).

  

  1.      You must go to an office of Estafeta or request a pickup at your address.    
  2.      Returned items are delivered to us from 3 to5 working days. Once we receive the item (s) you will receive the product for which you realize the change between 3 to 5 working days. If the change you requested has a higher price than the one you made the purchase you will be asked to pay the difference before item (s) are being sent.

 

 NOTE: Any change applies only 1 time. The change includes forwarding and the track number of your item (s). In case the client requires making any other changes shipping costs will be absorbed by the customer      Procedure for cancellation / refund online

  1.      Once this process is complete you will receive a confirmation email that your application has been processed in this email you will find attached an account number we provide for you to make the refund.

  

  1.      You must go to an office of Estafeta or request a pickup at your address. Indicating the account number that we provide in the mail.

 

  1.      Returned items are delivered to us from 3 to5 working days. Once we receive the item (s) you will receive the refund on the same way of payment the client has used.

  NOTE: Refund is only for purchased articles, not the shipping cost in case of applying. THE COST OF SHOPEMNT ON CANCELLATION OR REFUND IS FREE FOR OUR CLIENTS.
